The Cres Cor 100-1841D sheet pan rack can hold (40) 18-inch by 26-inch, full-size pans on 1 1⁄2-inch centers. Air is able to flow thanks to the interior pan stops. Loading pans into the cabinet is easy since the door opens 270 degrees and attaches to the side of the cabinet. Once food is loaded into the cabinet, you can easily store or transport the food. Swivel casters make moving the unit simple. The Cres Cor 100-1841D sheet pan rack is made from aluminum for durability.
