To provide versatile storage, the Everest Refrigeration ETRF2 undercounter dual-temperature refrigerator/freezer has a freezer section on the left and a refrigerator section on the right. To retain set temperatures for both sections, there is an insulated wall between the sections, and the entire cabinet has 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling. This unit measures 59 1⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 29 1⁄4 inches high and is designed for undercounter installation. The worktop is constructed of durable, dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to provide a sturdy surface for food preparation or holding smaller kitchen equipment.

Both the refrigerated and frozen section of the Everest Refrigeration ETRF2 undercounter refrigerator/freezer offer 9 cubic feet of internal space, and each has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to optimize item storage. This unit has a self-contained refrigeration system that relies on R290 refrigerant to reach user-set temperatures. Using the multi-function digital controls and LED display, staff can program freezer temperatures between -10 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit and refrigerator temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet is accessed via two solid steel doors equipped with frame heaters, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and a self-closing design to ensure interior conditions are maintained.
