From the ET series, the Everest Refrigeration ETR3 refrigerator measures 71¹/₂ inches wide by 31 ¹/₂ inches deep by 29¹/₄ inches high and is designed for undercounter installation. To provide a durable surface for holding compact countertop equipment or for preparing food items, this unit has a dent- and corrosion-resistant, 16-gauge stainless steel worktop. This unit has a stainless steel interior and exterior to ensure a long service life and ease cleaning. The exterior corners have a rounded design to prevent impact damages and staff injury.

The interior of the Everest Refrigeration ETR3 undercounter refrigerator is fitted with six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves that can be adjusted using the stainless steel clips. Additionally, the cabinet has silicone-coated, shatter-resistant LED lighting to provide a clear view of shelf items. This unit maintains an operating temperature range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2¹/₂ inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling. This three-section unit is accessed through three self-closing, solid hinged doors, which have magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide an airtight seal.
