The unit’s holding temperature is controlled using the electronic panel, which includes a display for accurate temperature readouts. The back-mounted refrigeration system’s air duct system and ECM fan motors ensure thorough air circulation, while the polyurethane insulation maintains cold temperatures. The defrost system starts automatically based on a timer and shuts off when the ideal temperature is reached.
