The Everest Refrigeration ETBR1-D2 undercounter refrigerator features rounded exterior corners and recessed drawer handles for increased safety. The refrigerator’s stainless steel construction and galvanized bottom and rear panels are durable enough to withstand heavy use, while the two solid drawers come with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal that reduces temperature loss. Designed with a 7.5-cubic-foot capacity, each drawer can hold four half-sized pans or two fourth-sized pans. Overall, this unit measures 49 5⁄8 inches wide by 31 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 1⁄4 inches high.
Ideal for cold storage, the Everest Refrigeration ETBR1-D2 undercounter refrigerator can hold temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s holding temperature is controlled using the electronic panel, which includes a display for accurate temperature readouts. The back-mounted refrigeration system’s air duct system and ECM fan motors ensure thorough air circulation, while the polyurethane insulation maintains cold temperatures. The defrost system starts automatically based on a timer and shuts off when the ideal temperature is reached.
