Everest Refrigeration ESC71R Description
For an attractive display, the Everest Refrigeration ESC71R sushi case has a curved glass window and four removable glass doors for a clear interior view. While the five plastic trays have two different mounting styles, the two drain holes eliminate condensate buildup from the interior. This unit is made with ABS plastic casing and a stainless steel floor to withstand heavy-duty use; the rounded corners facilitate simple cleaning. This case measures 71 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 11 1⁄8 inches high overall.
The Everest Refrigeration ESC71R sushi case’s refrigeration system is self-contained for simple countertop installation and is positioned on the right side of the unit for smooth maintenance when needed. Using R290 refrigerant and triple-looped, nickel-plated evaporator tubes, this unit consistently produces a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit when in an ambient temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. For monitoring purposes, this case includes a NSF-certified thermometer.
