Measuring 71 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 111/8 inches high, the Everest Refrigeration ESC71L sushi case supports countertop installation and holds five plastic trays for product organization. This unit has an elegant appearance for enhanced presentations and promotes durability with its heavy-duty ABS plastic casing, black-coated steel condensing housing, and stainless steel floor. The curved glass window and four sliding glass doors provide a clear interior view, while the doors are removable when cleaning is needed.
The Everest Refrigeration ESC71L sushi case cools with R290 refrigerant and top-to-bottom evaporator tubes, which are triple looped and nickel plated for corrosion resistance. The self-contained refrigeration system maintains the preset temperature at 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is mounted on the left for accessibility. For further temperature retention, this case contains foam insulation.
