The Everest Refrigeration ESC59R sushi case is made of heavy-duty plastic casing and a stainless steel floor that features rounded corners for durability and simplified cleanup by eliminating hard-to-reach crevices. The curved glass window elevates sushi presentations, and the sliding glass doors are located on the back of the case for interior access. This unit holds four plastic trays in its 2-cubic-foot interior, and it measures 59 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 11 1⁄8 inches high.
The Everest Refrigeration ESC59R sushi case maintains a consistent holding temperature at 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and to remove condensation, it’s designed with two drain holes. With its self-contained, left-mounted refrigeration system, this unit cools with R290 refrigerant and enhances the installation process. For optimal interior conditions, this case is insulated with high-density foam and uses nickel-plated evaporator tubing.
