Everest Refrigeration ESC59L Description
Designed with ABS plastic casing and a stainless steel floor, the Everest Refrigeration ESC59L sushi case promotes longevity and is insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent cold air loss. The sliding glass doors on the back of the unit ease loading and unloading and are removable for cleaning. With a 1.5-cubic-foot storage capacity, this case can hold four plastic trays that can be mounted in two different styles. This unit measures 59 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 11 1⁄8 inches high overall.
The Everest Refrigeration ESC59L sushi case maintains a holding temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit in an ambient temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system cools the interior with R290 refrigerant. To remove excess condensation, this unit features two drains. The refrigerated interior keeps products at a food-safe temperature, which can be monitored with the included thermometer.
