When a selection is made, products can be retrieved from the two sliding glass doors, which are removable when cleaning is needed. The unit’s ABS plastic casing and stainless steel floor resist corrosion when moisture builds up, and the moisture can be emptied through the two drain holes. The Everest Refrigeration ESC47R sushi case’s refrigeration system is self-contained, allowing operators to install the unit themselves; it's mounted on the left for convenient access. This refrigeration system maintains cold conditions with R290 refrigerant, and this unit is programmed with a preset temperature at 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For monitoring, this case includes a thermometer.
