When a selection is made, products can be retrieved from the two sliding glass doors, which are removable when cleaning is needed. The unit’s ABS plastic casing and stainless steel floor resist corrosion when moisture builds up, and the moisture can be emptied through the two drain holes. Overall, this case measures 47¹/₄ inches wide by 14 inches deep by 11¹/₈ inches high and supports countertop use.

The Everest Refrigeration ESC47R sushi case’s refrigeration system is self-contained, allowing operators to install the unit themselves; it's mounted on the left for convenient access. This refrigeration system maintains cold conditions with R290 refrigerant, and this unit is programmed with a preset temperature at 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For monitoring, this case includes a thermometer. This unit is insulated with high-density foam for temperature retention, while the nickel-plated evaporator tubes provide optimal cooling and corrosion resistance.
