This unit is made of heavy-duty plastic casing with a durable stainless steel floor, and the curved glass window provides a clear view of refrigerated items. For simple cleaning, the interior features rounded corners and two drain holes, and it's accessible through two removable, sliding glass doors.

The Everest Refrigeration ESC47L sushi case’s refrigeration system is self-contained for easy installation, and it’s mounted on the left to avoid interrupting an operator’s productivity. Programmed with a preset temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit maintains cold conditions with R290 refrigerant and foamed-in-place insulation. For balanced cooling, this unit features top-to-bottom evaporator tubing, and it's equipped with a NSF-certified thermometer for monitoring.
