Everest Refrigeration EPR1 Description
The top of the Everest Refrigeration EPR1 sandwich and salad prep table can hold eight sixth-size pans to store produce and deli meats. The unit’s insulated top lid protects products from contaminants, while the 9-cubic-foot storage cabinet below holds two epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted with height-adjustable steel clips. The interior and exterior of the unit are made of stainless steel and insulated with thick polyurethane. To create an airtight seal, the cabinet features a solid, hinged, self-closing door.
The Everest Refrigeration EPR1 EP series prep table operates with a side-mounted refrigeration system and is equipped with multi-functional controls that can be used to set the unit between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. To effectively circulate R290 throughout the system, the unit is equipped with large-capacity evaporator and condenser coils. The full-length air duct and electronically commutated fans provide even airflow and quick product pulldown. To prevent frost and heavy moisture accumulation, the unit is equipped with a self-maintaining condensate pan and an automatic defrost system.
