Everest Refrigeration EPPR3 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3 refrigerated prep table has a 30-cubic-foot cabinet and three sections, each of which holds two epoxy-coated shelves for maximum organization. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, resisting corrosion, dents, and other aesthetic damage. The galvanized steel rear and bottom provide additional strength for a lasting construction, and to expedite cleaning tasks, the cabinet’s interior features round corners. The top side has a stainless steel opening that accommodates (12) 6-inch deep pans, and the insulated lids protect any displayed product from contaminants while sealing in cold temperatures. The 19 1⁄4-inch deep cutting board is great for prepping tasks, and it can be removed for thorough cleaning.
The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3 prep table has a self-contained refrigerated base that houses an electronic control system designed to be set between 33 and 53 degrees. Its large-capacity coils frequently use R290 refrigerant, and the defrost system helps combat ice accumulation to keep running conditions optimal. The cabinet’s self-maintaining condensate pan collects moisture overtime.
