Everest Refrigeration EPBWR2 Description
With a 16-cubic-foot capacity and two adjustable epoxy-coated steel wire shelves, the Everest Refrigeration EPBWR2 sandwich prep table’s refrigerated base can store inventory in a convenient location that is easy to reach. The interior is accessed through two solid hinged doors. Each door has a recessed handle to provide a comfortable grip without interrupting staff workflow. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to corrosion. To avoid impact injuries, the exterior corners are rounded. For maintaining cool conditions during heavy use this unit has 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling.
The top of the Everest Refrigeration EPBWR2 sandwich prep table has a compartment that can accommodate (24) 6-inch-deep sixth-size food pans. A 9 1⁄8-inch-deep cutting board spans the cabinet in front of the food pans, making this unit ideal for preparing sandwiches, pizzas, salads, or wings. For ease of maintenance after busy shifts, the cutting board is removable, and the vented stainless steel panel catches any food debris. To keep food items fresh when they are not in use, this unit has two 1⁄2-inch-thick pull-down insulated lids.
