Designed to withstand heavy use in high-traffic environments, the Everest Refrigeration EPBSR2 sandwich/salad prep table has a dent-, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior and exterior. To protect staff from impact injuries, the exterior corners are rounded. To ease maintenance between shifts, this table has a vented pane between the top pan area and cabinet to catch food debris and sits atop 5-inch swivel casters to provide mobility as needed. This item has a top compartment that can house (12) 6-inch-deep sixth-size food pans that can hold food ingredients such as sauces, vegetables, cheese, and deli meats. A 9 1⁄8-inch-deep cutting board sits in front of the pans to provide a versatile surface for preparing food items.

The refrigerated base of the Everest Refrigeration EPBSR2 sandwich prep table can provide a convenient location for storing inventory that can easily be accessed during busy shifts. The interior is accessed through two solid, hinged doors and offers two adjustable epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. The refrigeration system is self-contained to simplify installation and relies on R290 refrigerant to maintain a frigid cabinet. This unit has a factory preset temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit, though staff can program temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees using the multi-functional digital controller and LED display.
