From the EPB series, the Everest Refrigeration EPBR3 sandwich prep table measures 71 1⁄8 inches wide by 35 1⁄4 inches deep by 38 1⁄2 inches high. It sits atop four 5-inch swivel casters to provide maneuverability around a kitchen workspace to ease transport and floor maintenance. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel, a durable, corrosion-, dent-, and rust-resistant metal. This unit is a great addition to locations that serve sandwiches, salads, or pizzas, as the top of this table can hold (30) 6-inch-deep sixth-size food pans. A 9 1⁄8-inch-deep cutting board spans the cabinet top in front of the food pans to provide a convenient, durable surface for preparing menu items.

The refrigerated base of the Everest Refrigeration EPBR3 prep table offers 19 cubic feet of internal space and provides a convenient storage cabinet that can be accessed quickly by staff during busy shifts. This cabinet is fitted with three epoxy-coated, steel wire shelves that can be adjusted as needed using the stainless steel clips. The unit has a self-contained, back-mounted refrigeration system that relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to achieve temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature manipulation is performed via the digital controls and LED temperature display. To protect from overheating, the controls have an audible overheat alarm.
