Everest Refrigeration EPBR2 Description
From the EPB series, the Everest Refrigeration EPBR2 sandwich prep table has a top compartment that can house up to (18) 6-inch-deep, sixth-sized pans ideal for holding ingredients for preparing food items such as pizzas, sandwiches, or salads. This unit has a 1⁄2-inch-thick insulated lid to keep pan items fresh and prevent moisture buildup. To provide a versatile surface for preparing food items, a 9 1⁄8-inch-deep cutting board spans the length of the cabinet in front of the food pans. For ease of maintenance between shifts, this cutting board is removable.
To provide durability and corrosion resistance, the Everest Refrigeration EPBR2 sandwich prep table has a stainless steel interior and exterior. The exterior corners are rounded to prevent staff injury. This prep table has a refrigerated base with two epoxy-coated, steel wire shelves that can be adjusted using the stainless steel clips. Via the digital controller and LED display, staff can program temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system is self-contained and utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to achieve user-set conditions.
