Designed for an extended service life, the Everest Refrigeration EPBNWR2-D4 EPB Series sandwich/salad prep table features a heavy-duty stainless steel interior and exterior with a 16-gauge steel worktop, lid, and hood. The 12¹/₄-inch-deep cutting board is removable for simple cleanup, and the prep table’s 16-cubic-foot storage space is divided between four drawers and insulated with 2¹/₂-inch polyurethane insulation. Mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters, this unit can be quickly transported between locations.

The Everest Refrigeration EPBNWR2-D4 prep table is operated using a digital controller, while its LED display accurately communicates the cabinet’s internal temperature. To ensure the temperature remains between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigeration system runs with a time-initiated automatic defrost and uses R-290 refrigerant. If the compressor and condenser coils begin to overheat during use, an audible alarm sounds. This unit rapidly cools the interior with ECM fans and a full-length air duct system, which ensures a fast recovery time after frequent drawer openings.
