Everest Refrigeration EPBNWR2 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBNWR2 sandwich and salad prep table can be installed with other prep table configurations. This unit’s stainless steel top can store 16 sixth-size pans to display produce, and the moisture-resistant insulated lid keeps the pan area cold and controls moisture buildup. The 12 1⁄2-inch-deep cutting board can be removed for thorough cleaning. Its 16-cubic-foot cabinet holds two wire shelves with height-adjustable stainless steel clips for optimal organization. The prep table is constructed with two self-closing, heavy-duty doors with frame heaters and magnetic snap-in door gaskets to reduce cold air loss.
For simple setup, the Everest Refrigeration EPBNWR2 prep table’s refrigeration system is self-contained. The large capacity evaporator and condenser coils use R290 refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. It's rear mounted for simple access, and the Blizzard R290 condensing unit slides out for easy replacement. The unit’s defrost system reduces ice accumulation, and the self-maintaining condensate pan prevents heavy moisture buildup. The electronically commutated fans quickly pull down product temperatures, and the full-length air duct promotes equal airflow. Users can adjust temperatures from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit with the multifunctional controls.
