The Everest Refrigeration EPBNSR2-D2 sandwich/salad prep table features a multi-functional control panel with an adjustable range from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the preset temperature is selected, the large-capacity evaporator and condenser coils utilize R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Product temperature is pulled down quickly with electronically communicated fans, and the full-length air ducting promotes equal airflow. The integrated automatic defrost system reduces ice accumulation, while the self-maintaining, drain- and electric-heater-less condensate pan eliminates excess moisture.

The Everest Refrigeration EPBNSR2-D2 prep table has a 10-cubic-foot interior and two drawers that hold various pan configurations. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, and the bottom and rear are constructed of galvanized steel for durability. The cabinet’s thick polyurethane insulation keeps heat out to maintain consistent temperatures. Designed for use as a prep table, this unit has a stainless steel top with a sixth-size pan capacity, a 12¹/₄-inch cutting board, and an ¹/₂-inch-thick insulated lid.
