Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2-D4 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2-D4 sandwich and salad prep table is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The full unit measures 47 1⁄2 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 38 1⁄2 inches high. It sits on four 5-inch casters, two of which lock for stability. Its two-section design comes with four drawers for prepared ingredient cold storage.
The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2-D4 sandwich and salad prep table’s base provides users with 13 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space. The refrigeration system is back mounted, self-contained, and equipped with a detachable Blizzard condensing unit, which streamlines maintenance. The top of the prep table has openings for twelve 1⁄6-size food pans and a full-length cutting board for preparing sandwiches and salads.
