The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR1 sandwich/salad prep table is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners and a vented stainless steel panel that catches food debris. The top compartment can hold eight sixth-size pans for ingredient storage, while the 12 1⁄4-inch-deep cutting board offers space for food preparation. Equipped with one solid, self-closing door that provides access into the refrigerated base, the interior measures 8 cubic feet and includes one epoxy-coated steel shelf. Overall, this prep table measures 27 3⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 38 1⁄2 inches high and sits on four 5-inch swivel casters.
With a temperature range from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit, the Everest Refrigeration EPBNR1 prep table distributes air throughout the cabinet with its full-length air duct system, keeping stored products fresh. The self-contained, back-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for cooling, and the holding temperature is determined by the digital controller’s input settings. For ideal operation, this unit features an energy-efficient condensate drain pan that gets rid of accumulated water and automatic defrost system that removes ice buildup.
