Everest Refrigeration EGC37 Description
Ideal for luxury establishments, the Everest Refrigeration EGC37 glass and plate chiller is designed for use alongside kegerator stations to streamline service. It’s a compact unit measuring 36 3⁄4 inches wide by 28 3⁄4 inches deep by 33 3⁄4 inches high and can hold (610) 8-inch mugs at a time. The cabinet’s top and rails are made of stainless steel, while the exterior is wrapped in black vinyl to match surrounding equipment. Inside, the paneling is made of galvanized steel with 1 3⁄4 inches of polyurethane foam in between.
Positioned at the side of the Everest Refrigeration EGC37 plate/glass chiller is its self-contained refrigeration system, which operates as dictated by the digital controller; staff can set temperatures between -10 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit as needed. The system is equipped with a time-initiated automatic defrost system and a self-maintaining condensate evaporator. If a drastic shift in temperature occurs, an alert will sound until addressed.
