Made of durable, heavy-duty stainless steel, the Everest Refrigeration ECB48D2 chef base has a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop with high-grade insulation material and high-density polyurethane foam insulation between the cabinet’s metal paneling. For maneuverability, this unit is designed with grips and four swivel casters. The two drawers come with magnetic gaskets to create an airtight seal and low-friction ball bearings for a smooth opening. Overall, this unit measures 48 3⁄8 inches wide by 32 1⁄8 inches deep by 20 inches high.
The Everest Refrigeration ECB48D2 chef base supports operation between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, which is managed via digital controls and monitored with the external display. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is side mounted for convenient access when cleaning or servicing is needed.
