The Everest Refrigeration EBD3-BBG-24 back bar cooler’s cabinet compartment’s 20-cubic-foot capacity is a two-section space without dividers. With this practical design, employees can stock the two interior epoxy-coated shelves (included) to hold cans or store barrel kegs. Inventory is secured with one solid door and one glass door that feature snap-in magnetic gaskets for an airtight closure. For a long-lasting lifespan, the countertop and floor are made of stainless steel, while the walls are constructed of galvanized steel. To keep the workspace clean, the unit features a drain tray that sits below the 3-inch-diameter draft tower with faucet; users should note that the drain hose is not included and must be purchased separately. For proper operation, a floor drain connection is required.

The Everest Refrigeration EBD3-BBG-24 back bar and direct draw refrigerator combo’s refrigeration system is self-contained for simple installation. Its high-capacity condenser and evaporator effectively distribute Blizzard R-290 refrigerant for cooling; its slide-out cartridge is designed for simple replacement. It is integrated with a time-initiated and time-terminated defrosting system to reduce heavy frost and ice collection, and the condensate evaporator has no requirement for electric or heat connection. The multi-function digital controller is convenient to use and adjustable between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
