Everest Refrigeration EBC95 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EBC95 back bar bottle cooler is a large cabinet featuring three sections, each divided up by the top-mounted, sliding doors. Inside, the unit is fitted with three wire shelves and vertical dividers; all are removable and epoxy coated for longevity. This interior paneling is made of galvanized steel, while the exterior is wrapped in black vinyl for style. Between the paneling is 1 3⁄4 inches of polyurethane, and on either side of the cabinet front are bottles openers with respective cap collectors.
Mounted at the Everest Refrigeration EBC95 95-inch bottle cooler’s right side is its self-contained refrigeration system, which uses R290 refrigerant for efficient and eco-safe operation. To set the desired operating temperature, staff must access the digital controller above the compressor’s grill plate. Several systems and components are included with the system to ensure its longevity, such as the automatic-reverse condensate pan and automatic defrost.
