The stainless steel construction of the Everest Refrigeration EBB59G-SD-SS back bar cooler provides dent- and corrosion-resistance and can create a sleek, professional look that appeals to guests. The two-section interior has an open design with no walls between the compartments. Each of the two sections comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to ensure even air distribution throughout the cabinet. These shelves can be adjusted as needed, and with 17 cubic feet of cabinet space, this item can hold up to (357) 12-ounce bottles or (560) 12-ounce cans. The interior is accessed through two sliding, double-pane glass doors, which reflect UV rays to ensure cool conditions are maintained.
With a self-closing door design, the Everest Refrigeration EBB59G-SD-SSback bar refrigerator can preserve the set temperature even during busy shifts. This cooler has a temperature holding range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit and has a factory preset temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
