This Everest Refrigeration EBB48G-SD back bar refrigerated cabinet is a moderately sized unit measuring 49 inches wide by 24 1⁄2 inches deep by 37 3⁄4 inches high. Its worktop is made of stainless steel to support countertop equipment and glassware, while the exterior is wrapped in black vinyl to match surrounding cabinetry while hiding dents and stains. The interior is made of galvanized steel paneling with a stainless steel floor.
The Everest Refrigeration EBB48G-SD refrigerated bar cooler’s self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted, and its 14-cubic-foot internal space is fitted with four adjustable epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. This system uses R290 refrigerant—a safe and efficient hydrocarbon—and features a variety of functions and hardware to ensure longevity. The automatic defrost operates on a schedule to prevent/remove ice growth, while the self-maintaining condensate pan collects moisture throughout the day.
