Everest Refrigeration EBB23 Description
Great for locations looking to expand bar workstations, the Everest Refrigeration EBB23 back bar refrigerator is a compact unit measuring 23 1⁄2 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 39 3⁄8 inches high. The countertop is made of stainless steel to support the weight of equipment, while the base is wrapped in black vinyl to match surrounding cabinetry; this also helps to minimize superficial damage. A solid door featuring a recessed handle is affixed to the front.
Positioned at the back of the Everest Refrigeration EBB23 refrigerated bar cooler is the self-contained refrigeration system, which works to bring the cabinet to set temperature. Staff can set the system from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital controller mounted atop the door. The unit is equipped with various functions and hardware to improve system longevity: a self-sufficient condensate pan, an overheating alarm, and large capacity, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils.
