Henny Penny PFG600.18 Description
Durable enough to withstand heavy use, the Henny Penny PFG600.18 pressure fryer is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a built-in filtration system and a cold zone beneath the high-efficiency burner to optimize oil quality and reduce labor. So operators can transport it for service or cleaning, it's mounted on four heavy-duty casters. This unit is powered by LP gas and outputs a total of 80,000 BTUs.
The Henny Penny PFG600.18 gas fryer's rectangular frypot has a 43-pound oil capacity and includes a full-size basket with handle. Its color-coded locking spindle engages the pressure seal while a lid-lock system ensures the lid is secured until pressure reaches 1 PSI. Because the lid is made of aluminum, it's strong yet lightweight to ease handling. Overall, this unit measures 19.7 inches wide by 38.6 inches deep by 48 inches high.

After sale, one of Henny Penny's approved service providers will contact you to coordinate a visit to perform an equipment startup to ensure the equipment was installed correctly and is operating properly. Operational training will also be delivered during this visit.
