To quickly return used oil to the unit free of debris, the Henny Penny PFG600.03 pressure fryer features a built-in filtration system designed to help maximize profit by limiting oil costs over time. For durability, the Henny Penny PFG600.03 pressure fryer is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its lid is lightweight cast aluminum for strength as well as easy lifting, and below the lid, a built-in channel directs condensation away from the pot to prevent oil contamination. Its single frypot is rectangular and accommodates 43 pounds of oil.

Designed for pressure frying, the Henny Penny PFG 600.03 gas fryer cooks food as much as 30-percent faster than traditional fryers. This method also locks in juice, which prevents product shrinkage. The rectangular fry pot eliminates cold spots and enables frying at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. This fryer is equipped with programmable Computron™ controls that include simple up/down arrows and LED temperature and time displays. It includes a full-size basket with a handle as well as a filter rinse hose attachment. For mobility during cleaning or maintenance, it's mounted on four heavy-duty casters, and this unit measures 19.7 inches wide by 38.6 inches deep by 48 inches high overall.

After sale, one of Henny Penny's approved service providers will contact you to coordinate a visit to perform an equipment startup to ensure the equipment was installed correctly and is operating properly. Operational training will also be delivered during this visit.
