Operators can adjust temperatures from 160 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit with the SimpleHold touchpad—a control panel with an LED temperature set-point display. Its 1-gallon stainless steel water pan generates the humidity needed to prevent foods from drying out, and for constant circulation, dual fans and ventilated side racks enable hot air to disperse throughout the cabinet. To maintain temperatures in cool environments, its doors, side walls, and control module are insulated.
