Peerless Ovens C231P Description
The Peerless Ovens C231P double pizza deck oven incorporates two 30,000-BTU Power-Pak burners for uniform heat distribution. Fueled by natural gas, each section includes a throttling thermostat that modulates flame output from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, while a removable crumb tray collects debris and runoff throughout service. Two aluminized steel chambers provide a combined 3,648-square-inch cooking surface with eight 24-inch stones to bake up to (32) 9-inch pizzas simultaneously. Adjustable legs anchor the 30-inch-wide by 27 1⁄2-inch-deep by 70-inch-high stainless steel structure to prevent unwanted movement. Designed with a thermocoupled system, this oven isolates key components for individual replacement.
