Jade Range JGT-2448 Description
To simultaneously cook foods with different needs, the Jade JGT-2448 gas griddle includes four burners with individual thermostatic controls—all of which are heated with natural gas. Each burner is separated by 12 inches to provide ample cooking space, while stainless steel gas tubing runs throughout the unit to ensure heat is evenly conducted for reduced cold spots. Enabling consistent use without warping, the 48-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep griddle plate has a 1-inch-thick structure.
Around the Jade JGT-2448 commercial griddle plate, 3-inch rear and side splashes help contain hot oil from popping onto nearby surfaces to reduce cleanup needs. Streamlining excess grease and fat removal, this unit includes a high-capacity welded drip tray and stainless steel pitched gutter with a 2-inch by 3-inch drain. Made of welded, 14-gauge stainless steel for resiliency, it measures 48 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 11.25 inches high, so it is compatible with open space on a countertop.
