Cadco XAFT-03HS-TD Description
Designed to hold three half-size sheet pans, the Cadco XAFT-03HS-TD Bakerlux™ heavy-duty convection oven uses an advanced airflow system with one automatically reversible fan and three fan-speed settings to promote even baking. Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity settings, while USB and Wi-Fi connectivity support recipe management and data-driven cooking. Operators can store up to 99 programs with as many as nine baking steps per recipe, and the oven operates between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built of heavy-duty stainless steel, the Cadco XAFT-03HS-TD convection oven features a bottom-hinged, double-wall glass door that improves visibility while helping retain heat. An interior LED light illuminates the cooking chamber, and an electro valve enables direct water connection for humidity-controlled baking applications. Automatic shutoff activates when the door is opened, while a timer can operate for up to 10 hours or continuously. The unit can also be paired with an optional proofer or stacking kit to expand production capacity without increasing countertop space.
