Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD Description
Sized to accommodate three half-size sheet pans, the Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD Bakerlux™ heavy-duty convection oven uses an advanced airflow system with one automatically reversible fan and two selectable fan speeds to support consistent baking results. Digital controls enable adjustment of time, temperature, and humidity settings, while operators can store up to 99 recipes, including 12 quick-access programs, for streamlined production. The oven operates between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a timer that runs for up to 10 hours or continuously.
Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, the Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD convection oven features a bottom-hinged, double-wall glass door that provides product visibility while helping retain heat. An interior LED light illuminates the cooking chamber, and an electro valve supports direct water connection for humidity-controlled baking applications. Automatic shutoff activates when the door is opened, and the unit can be paired with an optional proofer or stacking kit to increase output capacity. Its compact footprint and programmable controls support efficient operation.
