Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 208/240v

The Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD Bakerlux™ half-size convection oven has a self-reversing fan to evenly bake food, while LED lights illuminate the interior so users can check on food. Additionally, the oven visually and audibly alerts users when the timer runs out. This unit is durable with a heavy-duty stainless steel construction and a large motor.

The Cadco XAFT-03HS-LD convection oven has three wire shelves to hold food, and the LED-lit control panel can be used in the dimly-lit settings. Its reversible fan moves a high volume of air in the cabinet to speed up baking, and its figure-eight airflow pattern ensures uniform heat distribution. The panel's preset buttons save custom instructions and reduce the time before cooking. Made of glass, it has a window that provides partial content visibility. When the door is opened, the motor shuts off to prevent burns.
