Cadco VKII-220-SS VariKwik™ High Speed Countertop Convection Oven, 220v/1ph

The Cadco VKII-220-SS high-speed convection oven fits on a countertop and can be stacked with similar units using a VK-SK stacking kit to maximize space. It has a touch screen to adjust digital controls and can be used to save multiple programs to recreate frequently cooked recipes. This unit has a slot to enable USB programming, and it cooks using three heating methods: convection, conduction, and infrared with two heating elements.

For safety purposes, the fan in the Cadco VKII-220-SS countertop convection oven automatically shuts off when the door is opened. The heat is adjustable as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and at the end of the cooking cycle, the unit beeps and the screen flashes to inform users. Helping employees see what they’re cooking, the cabinet in this unit is illuminated with LED lights, while the stainless steel construction ensures durability.
