Cadco VKII-220+ VariKwik™ High Speed Countertop Convection Oven, 220v/1ph

The Cadco VKII-220+ VariKwik™ series countertop cooking oven features Tri-Heat technology, enabling the unit to act as a convection, conduction, and infrared oven. The unit operates via touchscreen controls that provide access to various systems and vocalize when a cook cycle is completed. The system is programmable through USB connection.

Constructed of durable stainless steel with a charcoal grey finish, the Cadco VKII-220+ large electric cooking oven is designed for heavy use. When the hinged door opens, it automatically shuts the fan off, and the interior is lit with LED lighting. For convenience, the unit includes a CrisPlate™ cooking plate and an aluminum spatula.
