Cadco OV-023 Description
Measuring 23 5⁄8 inches wide by 23 3⁄4 inches deep by 18 5⁄8 inches high, the Cadco OV-023 electric convection oven integrates cleanly into tight countertop setups. Its stainless steel construction prevents deformation and abrasion, while the double-wall, cool-touch glass door combines with manual controls to preserve conditions between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For full-coverage airflow, the interior separates four half-size sheet pans on four shelves. The oven includes a continuous-on function and a 60-minute timer with a buzzer to switch from extended runs to set cook cycles.
