Cadco CDR-2CFB Description
The Cadco CDR-2CFB hot plate evenly heats pots and pans with 7 1⁄2-inch cast iron elements. With the exact thermostat, operators can leave food simmering or boiling while an indicator light denotes the heat cycle. Made of stainless steel, the unit is durable, corrosion resistant, and quick cleaning. This hotplate measures 13 1⁄2 inches wide by 22 3⁄4 inches deep, saving space on countertops.

Perfect for my growing business`
I definitely am not in the restaurant business...but I am a yarn dyer and have a new studio that needed lots of portable hot plates for dyeing the yarn. These are the perfect solution. Heavy duty, so they should be around a while, easy to clean, and the slim front-to-back orientation of the burners gives me more room on the counters. It's been a great solution for my small business.
