Cadco BLC-023 Description
Measuring 23 3⁄5 inches wide by 26 1⁄8 inches deep by 21 1⁄2 inches high, the Cadco BLC-023 Bakerlux™ Classic countertop convection oven features a "cool touch" double-wall glass door that minimizes heat transfer and streamlines routine monitoring. Stainless steel construction resists surface damage and warping through repeated handling. Illuminated by interior lighting, the insulated cavity includes four shelves that enable operators to track browning on multiple half-size pans at once. Adjustable from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, manual controls with a 60-minute timer and stay-on function enable flexible low-temperature baking and high-heat roasting.
