Carter-Hoffmann O8611W Description
The Carter-Hoffmann O8611W sheet pan rack holds (11) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Since the slides are ribbed and spaced 5 1⁄16 inches apart, the pans stay in place during transportation. Mobile for convenient transportation, the unit comes with 5-inch-diameter casters. Because it is constructed of aluminum and fully welded, this rack is sturdy and strong. It will not buckle since it is built with horizontal stabilizing bars.
