Carter-Hoffmann O1610 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann O1610 sheet pan rack is made of aluminum to add strength and corrosion resistance, and it has horizontal stabilizing bars that prevent it from buckling. Mobility is provided by the 5-inch-diameter swivel casters. This unit holds oval trays and has a 10-pan limit with 6 inches between each tray slide.
