With its disc-style blade, the Vitamix 62947 aerating container is perfect for making foam, whipped cream, and mousses. The blade can operate at many different speeds to gently mix ingredients, and the container is made of strong Tritan™ plastic, which is resistant to chemicals and breakage. Measurement marks along the outside show how much is inside, and because the material is clear, users can monitor product as it blends. Once blending is done, operators can use the handle and spout to pour product over food.
