The Salvajor S914 Scrap Collector™ is an advanced alternative to disposers in areas where they are restricted, combining scrapping, pre-flushing, and collecting in one efficient system. Outfitted with a NEMA 4 HYDROLOGIC® control panel featuring a patented operator sensor, it offers two water-saving modes—timed run and auto start/stop—plus an LCD readout for easy monitoring. A stainless steel salvage basin, silverware trap, scrap basket, and pump intake screen improve efficiency and protect utensils during operation. Built with durable stainless steel construction and a corrosion-resistant pump, this unit also includes a safety line disconnect for secure and reliable use in light-duty commercial kitchens.
