Barska AX11934 Description
Sized for storing cash or checks, the Barska AX11934 compact depository safe's interior measures 13 1⁄2 inches wide by 7 1⁄2inches deep by 9 3⁄4 inches high and features a floor mat that protects contents from damage. Once contents are loaded into the drop slot, they're only accessible by opening the safe because of the slot's narrow design. Operators can program two PIN codes into the digital keypad, and to deter tampering, a lock-out mode deactivates the keypad if multiple incorrect codes are entered in a short time span. The keypad operates with 4 AA batteries (included), and a low-battery warning indicates when the batteries need to be replaced. If the batteries die, users can open the unit with one of the two backup keys.
The Barska AX11934 depository safe measures 13 3⁄4 inches wide by 9 17⁄20 inches deep by 9 17⁄20 inches high overall and comes in black for a classic appearance. Strong enough to prevent damage or forced opening, its steel door measures 2 millimeters thick, while the two solid steel deadbolts ensure the door remains locked. With the included mounting hardware, operators can secure the predrilled holes on the bottom and back onto a secure foundation to prevent theft.
