Bakers Pride Y-800BL Description
The Bakers Pride Y-800BL pizza oven features a Lightstone fibrament hearth deck and Cordierite brick-lined ceiling for crispy pizza crusts. To minimize heat loss and optimize efficiency, this unit is fully insulated and has a spring-balanced door for repeated opening and closing. Its heavy-duty, welded angle-iron frame allows for double stacking with similar units, maximizing production without increasing its footprint in compact kitchens.
To withstand high-volume use and resist corrosion, the Bakers Pride Y-800BL commercial deck oven is built with an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior. The unit's 7.5-inch deck is raised on 30-inch steel legs and measures 84 inches wide by 51 inches deep by 55.12 inches high overall. Powered by LP gas, this unit has a total output of 120,000 BTUs, and operators can monitor gas flow with the combination controls' valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
