Bakers Pride 251 Description
Because it is fully insulated, the Bakers Pride 251 Super Deck pizza deck oven provides consistent temperatures, and it comes with combination gas controls, including a valve, regulator, and pilot safety. The cooking cavity features an 8-inch height, a Cordierite deck surface, and individually controlled top and bottom heat dampers, while its temperature ranges from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit and has a maximum heating power of 60,000 BTUs.
Designed with heavy-duty flame diverters and a cool outer temperature, the Bakers Pride 251 pizza deck oven maintains safety as a priority. Made with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel interior, this unit is durable and can be wiped clean. Its legs are 30 inches tall and finished with Bakertone for strength. The two oven doors are spring balanced and insulated to keep pizza warm.
