Adande VCR2PREPSTATION Description
Featuring a standard 34 3⁄5-inch worktop, the Adande VCR2PREPSTATION refrigerator/freezer combination cabinet is ideal for use as a preparation station. The top can hold tabletop griddles or fryers as needed. Each glide-out drawer can hold 88 pounds at a time, accommodate four hotel-sized pans as needed, and operates with independent digital controllers.
Located at the rear of the Adande VCR2PREPSTATION combination double-drawer system is its self-contained refrigeration system. It uses R290 refrigerant to bring the unit to the set temperature. To prevent ice from developing, the defrost system runs automatically. Provide the unit with a minimum rear clearance of 2 inches. When purchasing, operators can choose from three caster types: standard, high, or small.
