Adande VCR1UNDERCOUNTER Description
The compact form of the Adande VCR1UNDERCOUNTER refrigerator/freezer base is designed to be installed below a workstation for quick access to commonly used ingredients. It's ideal for use in delis, bakeries, or full-service restaurants. The drawer glides out smoothly and can hold a maximum of 88 pounds. Additionally, the space can fit four hotel-sized pans as needed.
The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system brings the Adande VCR1UNDERCOUNTER cool/frozen storage cabinet to the desired temperature. Operators must use the digital controller to set the temperature between -7.6 and 59 degrees Fahrenheit. The system uses R290 refrigerant. When installing the cabinet, provide the rear a minimum of 2 inches of breathing space.
